Our customer GBI Boiten Techniek was among the first to use SAP Business One in the Netherlands. We first started Produmex WMS implementations in 2008 at Vos Banket, who have been a loyal customer for 15 years.

Vos Banket Deliver App
Deliver app with complete Produmex WMS and SAP Business One integration: route support, real-time electronic processing of deliveries, and real time registration of picked up retuns.
For Vos Banket in Dwingeloo, a notable provider of artisanal pastry in the Benelux that take care of their own deliveries, we developed a web application that integrates seamlessly with SAP Business One and Produmex WMS. The application connects securely with SAP in realtime and enables drivers to handle all of their deliveries and returns digitally.
The driver receives and optimized route in advance, thanks to the integration with Google Maps he navigates simply from address to address. Deliveries are digitally accepted by the customer with name and signature of the recipient. The packaging that is picked up for return is instantly processed in SAP, this can be done as a sales return or a negative delivery, so the billing can be handled completely automatically. The Deliver app automatically keeps track of which addresses have and have not been visited.
Result; no excessive paperwork because of delivery notes and route lists, and no manual processing of picked up returns. This prevents typos, saves time, and provides a flawless administrative processing. Customers receive a delivery confirmation automatically by email. Inside the backoffice one can monitor in real time if a delivery address has been visited, and how far a driver is on his route.
This solution has been developed as an expansion on SAP Business One and Produmex WMS, but thanks to the flexible design it can also be used in environments without Produmex WMS.
